Definitions

The Extension refers to Engine published by Engine Link. 

The User refers to a validated user which is defined as having an active and properly licensed Microsoft account that provides access to a Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 instance that has the Pump application installed. 

The Database refers to a Pump database.

The Data Service refers to the interface that is used to process requests against The Database.

Introduction

The Extension allows The User to connect to The Database via The Data Service and uses data collected from the current webpage to be validated against The Database.

Certain information from The User may be cached for performance purposes and this data will not be shared, disclosed or resold and is exclusively used for the purpose of the requirements of The Extension.

We may use cookies to collect information when you visit our website and this information may include IP Addresses, location, date and time and browser type.

The use of third party cookies is not covered by our Privacy Policy and we have neither access or control over these.

We use third party services to provide the technology required to run and provide the services required by The Extension.

Your Information

The information that The Extension collects is used solely to connect to The Data Service to process requests to The Database and to then return information back to The User within The Extension.

Any information that is collected will never be shared with non-affiliated companies but may be shared in any of the following ways :
 

• To provide customer support.
• When we have your permission to share your information.
• When we have given you prior notice that the information will be shared.
• When we are required by law, or legal process to disclose that information – such as a valid court order or a valid subpoena. • To enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our operations or users.
